Cancel Order
You can contact us to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

30 Days Return
You have the option to return the product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product remains undamaged.
Please note :
- Not be applicable to business purchases or bulk orders, typically defined as orders consisting of more than 10 products.
- Returns for discounted products will only be refunded for discounted value.
- For non-quality related returns, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For non-quality related returns, TORRAS refunds only the cost of the product itself.
- Returns for refund must include all products that buyer would like refunded
- Returns for Items must include original packaging and include all items originally sent
Return Or Exchange Period
For products purchased from official channels, if you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can contact us within 30 days after receiving the product to return it for an exchange or refund. We will not be able to provide refunds or exchanges for purchases made more than 30 days ago.
For product quality issues, you can choose a full refund or a one-time free replacement within 30 days after receiving the product. More than 30 days but within the warranty period, you can contact us to process a warranty.

Return Or Exchange Shipping Fees
If the return or exchange is due to product quality problems, GRiPMATE &XYZ will be responsible for all shipping costs.
However, if the return or exchange is due to non-quality issues, you will be responsible for the associated shipping charges.

Refund
After initiating the return process, we will process the refund within 1-3 working days. You will receive an email notification when your order is successfully refunded. Please note that the specific refund arrival time may be affected by the processing speed of different banks. If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, please contact us at help@gripmate.co .
Price Protection
GRiPMATE &XYZ reserves the right to adjust product prices displayed on our website at any time and correct any unintentional pricing errors. However, we offer a 14-day price guarantee. If you make a purchase and we lower the price of the product within 14 calendar days, please contact us at help@gripmate.co to request a refund of the difference. To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of the price drop.
